How would the person selling the house accept credit cards? Most homes are purchased with a teller’s check from a check so they know the money is secure. That check is brought o a closing where the multiple checks are writtien to pay the lawyer for the contract, the title insurance company for the city hall investigations, to the real estate agent if the property was listed. The bottom line is there is no easy wy to side-step the housing industry.
